Xander Faes is an Antwerp based artist who uses both sculpture and drawing to depict figurative scenes that are compiled with theatrical storytelling elements and tropes. His work is inspired by movies, graphic novels, roleplaying games as well as visual fantasy and science fiction. These points of reference serve as a starting point for Xander’s work, where all of these subjects intertwine and form new imaginary scenes.
